Overlocker stops in the middle of stitching

Sewing machine suddenly stops during sewing.

Motor belt slipping- reset or replace belt.

Thread lock, threads wrapped around bobbin case- find and remove threads from bobbin case area.

Smell from the foot control- The foot control may have a problem.
