Thanks for a brilliant repair service. My 40 year old Singer is now working perfectly for a fraction of the cost of a new one. I have only just started to use the two items I purchased, and upon opening properly found that the guide piece is missing. I have used the foot now, and it is fine, just what I needed, though I'm sure the guide would be useful - which is why I ordered this one in particular. As I didn't pick up that it was missing until just a day or two ago, I didn't feel I could complain - I should have done that sooner I suppose.
