I phoned Singer and spoke to a very helpful lady who guided me through Singer website to get help from your engineer. Through them I was able to order a new foot pedal for my 50 year old Singer sewing machine. It arrived very quickly and now I am able to use my machine again. Excellent service from all at Singer. Incidentally I also have a 100 year old electric machine that still works! Many thanks Singer for your help.

Easy buying process. Easy website to browse, found my drive belt , able to check it would fit my machine, as I am taking it to Spain, I also bought 3...good to have a spare. Would use this company again as they have a lot of products and spares for my old Singer 201k. Thanks, been looking for ages,wish I'd found your website sooner. Cheers.

Having lost a part on my sewing machine and could not find it on the extensive list of parts I contacted the company first by telephone where a gentleman was extremely helpful and guided me to the online enquiry email. From this I could attach a photograph where the missing part should be with a brief description and the response I received was quick and so helpful enabling me to purchase the missing part at a very reasonable price.
