Delivery Overview

We can deliver on Saturday or Sundays as well as any weekday. And with a 15-minute time window.

We ship worldwide every day, with courier pickup twice a day.

• Your order will be processed and dispatched the same day when possible (excluding Sunday). 
• Order weekdays before 3 pm for next working day UK mainland delivery. There may be a delay if the delivery address is not the same as cardholder's billing address or circumstances out of our control. 
• For Saturday or Sunday weekend delivery, order before 3pm on Friday.
• Items over 1-MTR in size may require a full day preparation. 
• We can not ship Horn Cabinets outside the UK mainland. It may be possible for customers to organise their own delivery arrangements.

Order tracking: You can track your order at any time by logging into your customer account using the link in the footer of our website.

We keep most items in stock, with only a few exceptions. If a product is temporarily unavailable or there’s an issue with your order, we’ll notify you by email.

Please allow 4 days after the shipping date before contacting our dispatch department about none delivery issues.

All new products are insured against damage during transit, but it’s important to check your delivery when it arrives. Before signing, please inspect the outer packaging. If you notice any damage, sign for the delivery as "box damaged."

After receiving your order, inspect the product itself as soon as possible. If there is any damage, please report it to us by email immediately. Any missing items should also be reported by email within 48 hours of delivery.

We use an award-winning courier service for larger orders, offering deliveries across the UK seven days a week. You’ll also receive a 15-minute delivery window, so you won’t need to wait in all day for your order to arrive.

United Kingdom Shipping

We offer FREE Delivery on all Sewing Machines within the UK mainland excluding highlands, Islands and weekends.

Orders over £30 have FREE delivery.

Orders under £30 are subject to a shipping charge from £2.99 (size/weight dependent).

• Small/Medium size orders are sent via a 2-3 day service (this is not a 48-hour service). Faster delivery options are offered.
• For larger orders, we use an award-winning courier to deliver our larger orders. Eg. Sewing machines, overlockers, etc

With deliveries now available 7 days a week in the UK and a 15-minute time window given to our customer so you don't have to wait in all day for your delivery from us. Saturday or Sunday delivery options are available.

We also ship to BFPO addresses.

Horn Cabinets are delivered directly from the manufacturer, free of charge to most parts of mainland UK. Delivery is normally 14 to 28 days. A charge is made for deliveries outside the 'main area' Further delivery details of Horn Sewing Cabinets here.

Customers in UK Islands Northern Ireland and some Scottish counties my experience slightly longer delivery times. Additional charges may apply.

Shipping to Europe

Overseas orders are subject to a shipping charge. From as little as £3.99

EU customers do not have to pay our UK tax. The UK 20% tax is deducted from the price in the shopping cart after selecting a destination country and shipping method. However, you may have to pay your local tax before taking delivery of the parcel. We are not responsible for paying your tax or any other costs or duty charges.

Because we ship many products every day, we have negotiated some low European shipping prices. Once items are in your shopping cart, use the "Estimate shipping" box to display the shipping price options. There is no obligation to purchase at this point.

• Small packets are all sent airmail and usually take between 3 and 7 working days but can be subject to further delays beyond our control.
• Larger items, shipping is between 2 and 4 working days when sent via courier.

We cannot be held responsible for delays, taxes or duty relating to your country. If the customer refuses to pay local duty/tax or an item is returned to us due to none payment of your local tax or duty, any refund will be less all returning expenses; duty and tax (if applicable), customs processing fee and all shipping charges.

Shipping Worldwide

• Larger items, shipping is between 3 and 5 working days when sent via courier.
