It is a very good sewing machine - very similar to the old singer belonging to my mother. It is easy to use. I have only done one project so far and I am more than pleased with it. I can tell it is going to serve me well. I highly recommend it.

I bought this machine for my daughter's 40th birthday to replace one that she got on her 18th. She is thrilled with it as it has many more facilities than her previous machine. It is also a great asset for my 15 year old granddaughter, who has chosen textiles for one of her options at school.

I bought this model for my daughter who has never used a sewing machine before. She was delighted with how easy it was to learn and can't imagine needing a more advanced machine. If the build quality is anything to go by it will give her lots of pleasure for years to come. And save her £££££££££!

Very happy with this machine,up to now ,though its only being tested on scrap material and I haven't actually sewn up anything. Having decided to upgrade from my old Jones sewing machine, this is a delight. Its so easy to use once set up, the only difference compared to the old Jones S/M is that I found the foot tread a bit flimsy and of poor quality but i can live with that as the sewing machine itself is really nice and by the press of a button you have all the different designs of stitch to choose from. The service from this company is very good. Delivery is very fast, got mine next day and the price is great too. Also came very professionally wrapped, with free scissors and a lovely sewing pack to start you off. I was overwhelmed as I had just seen it demonstrated in a local shop before I decided to purchase and it was £299.00. So the price of Sewing Machine Sales definately gave me the plunge to buy. I wasnt going to bother as my old machine is still in working order. The freebies were a bonus.. would definately buy from this company again.

Excellent value for money, great for basic home sewing. Singer helpline is fantastic...I had a problem with the tension, phoned the helpline and got a call back within an hour, they knew what the problem was and told me how to over come it - fantastic!!! Would reconmend this machine and Singer to everyone.

Ordered from the Netherlands. It arrived within 2 working days and I could trace it online the whole way. Machine works perfectly. Much faster than the old machine and the stitches are perfect. Very happy.

I have just received my new Singer 7463 machine and I realise that my old machine would probably have done almost everything that my new one does had the manual been as clear and explicit as this one.Delivery was fast and efficient which was a real bonus as living in Spain it is not always easy to buy good quality goods especially with english instructions . I am still 'playing' with my new machine but I know that it and I are going to become soul mates very soon now.(it is much smoother and quieter than my previous machine) Thank you Singer for a great piece of equipment delivered to my door.

I am 67 years old and have had two Singer machines during my adult life. They served me well. Unfortunately, when my old singer packed up I decided to go computerized with a different brand. What a mistake!!!! It was nothing but trouble and so temperamental. I had it five years, and am pleased to say that when it gave up the ghost I returned to the brand I trust. Yes, Singer!! I have only had my Singer Confidence for a few weeks, but am delighted with it. It is quiet, efficient and not the least bit temperamental. Of course, it was recommended by Which? magazine. What more can I say?

After carefull consideration and much debate over which sewing machine i wanted, I finally chose the Singer 9960. Then came the hard part...where to buy it from. I phoned Singer directly to ask if they could recommend a seller for their machines and they pointed me in the direction of this company. I had 5* customer service from the start and the delivery was super fast. The machine itself is an absolute pleasure to work with, from doing anything as simple as turning a hem up to more intricate creative craft work. All in all a wonderful machine ordered from a wonderful company. I would recommend to anyone!
