Having used an old worn out machine for years we decided to upgrade. My wife & I decided a lighter machine was required & to take in the new facilities of modern machines. So far this machine has passed all our expectations. After mastering the auto threader we found the stitch selection & auto tension a real bonus. Advice, delivery & service from this company has been outstanding. Keep the good work up.

What a fantastic machine. It has really rekindled my love of sewing. It is very easy to use and so far I have had no problems at all with it. I have sewn a variety of projects with it including several quilted items and am pleased with all the results. There is plenty of room under the arm of the machine for manoeuvring a small quilt (I haven't yet tried with a large one but I think it will be fine). It is the first embroidery machine that I've had and I am only just starting to learn how to create embroideries but even my first attempts were good enough to use. The only thing that potential purchasers should be aware of is that, although it is not particularly heavy, this is a big machine and with the embroidery unit fitted it is very big. It would probably not be suitable for someone with limited sewing space. Also it does not come with a dust cover (easily made in half an hour on the machine!) I am planning to reorganise and create a dedicated sewing space large enough to keep my lovely Futura always ready to sew!

This is the second machine I have bought from this company and again I have no complaints of the service, last machine bought 7 years ago and this one was to upgrade. Only just bought it and used it once but so far no complaints and the needle threading is a must excellent idea for us aging machinists... Looking forward to using the wide spread of stitch patterns the machine has not to mention the auto button hole program... thank you for making sewing so enjoyable...xx

Took me several weeks to get the urge to use my over locker, and once I got the over locker out wow ! start to over lock, then 2nd spool broke, but found a video how to thread it, took couple attempts of threading the machine to actually find it quite easy to thread in the end, I am pleased with my purchase, helps me with my dressmaking etc.,

I chose this machine because it has some feature as my futura 1000 it is a good machine my only problem is with the foot control it do not stay in one place it move about I have to cradle it, in my opinion I think it should be up graded and I would be pleased. A machine such as this needs a better foot control but yes I would recommend it.

I ordered my machine on Wednesday and received it on Friday morning. Top marks for speedy delivery. I ordered the Singer Confidence 7463 after reading all the reviews, they were a great help. I have not used my machine yet as I am going on holiday, but I am eager to test it out when I return home. I will let you know how I get on with it.

I used to sew and am returning to it. I have never used an overlocker before I was sewing on it within half an hour of its arrival. Well worth buying. Service is excellent would highly recommend to anyone .
