Extremely pleased as I originally ordered one on amazon only to find it was an import and had to send it back. This exact machine ended up costing less and only draw back I find is the foot could lift a bit higher to allow thicker materials.

An excellent service from Singermachines.co.uk. As soon as machine came into stock it was dispatched so I received it within a couple of days of ordering. This machine has replaced my vintage heavy Singer sewing machine and this one is easy to lift and to set up. I have done a few projects since receiving it and have found it very easy to set up ready for sewing and everything has stitched very nicely. The only downside is the needle threader have had to fix mine as it was not locating properly with the needle as the pin had moved to one side.

Bought for my daughter's birthday and she loves it! Excellent price and looks great. Delivery slightly delayed due to COVID but that was nobody's fault and they did offer me a full refund if not happy to wait.

I had this reboxed machine for a month now and can honestly say it it’s fantastic. As new and not a mark on it, looks like it could have been a showroom model and never used. Very easy to use and self explanitary and a lot easier to use than my old (Approximately 50 year old) singer with its auto tension settings. Digital dial very easy to understand and navigate the buttons for changing stitches. I’ve not done this amount of sewing for years and I’m really enjoying it making little gifts for family and friends with the addition of adding names and decorative stitches, plus learning to quilt. It doesn’t have any problems with thick material and seams. Love it and highly recommend this model.

This machine is GREAT. It is very easy to use, sews multiple layers of material and is very compact. It is perfect for my Upcycling ventures. I have yet to try all the features but I am looking forward to the 'self threading', I am hoping it will make me a cup of tea soon, but I can't find that in the manual!

Excellent hardly does justice to describe your service and my new Singer Confidence 7463, delivered earlier today (Wednesday) to the West of Ireland after ordering Saturday afternoon. The machine does everything I could want and the automatic needle threader is a revelation - eyesight not what it was after nearly 50 years of sewing.

So far, I am absolutely pleased! Bought this as a replacement for another Singer. It's the first time I have a machine with rotary (vs oscillating) hook, but I think I'll stick with that! Sturdy, easy to use, no frills - excellent machine! The only thing I miss (a little bit) is the threader...

A proper, no-frills workhorse. I am so pleased with this machine, and with the service I had from the company. My 40yr old Singer 6136 was really struggling with thicker fabrics and multiple layers, but the HD4411 just purrs through them. I'm really enjoying using it, and would thoroughly recommend this model to anyone.
