I only received this machine a few days ago so haven't actually made a garment yet, but have had fun playing with it. I'm really impressed - the fact that it's computer controlled makes all the embroidery stitches easy to sew and very neat. The results on my old machine were nowhere near as good. The auto tension and auto stitch length are brilliant as it will save me having to mess around trying to get the perfect result. The fact that you can adjust them if you need to is also really handy. For the price it's a wonderful machine - I really can't fault it.

Thank you so much for my new Singer and for such a rapid delivery. Your choice of courier cannot be faulted either, they text to give choice of delivery day and then again to give a time. I haven't used it yet but have no worries that it will be all it's supposed to be. Thank you again

What a quality machine. Easy to use and I love the bobbin thread system and needle threading facility. I have just returned to sewing and these features are new to me and a blessing. Fabulous range of stitches too. I bought this machine mainly for simple household sewing tasks but now there's no stopping me. As it is so simple to use I am now not only making home furnishings and clothes but have also taken up patchwork and quilting and the machine copes with the lot - it even came up with a graphic on the LCD when I forgot to push the buttonhole lever back up! Highly recommended machine for experienced and new sewists alike.

I have owned a singer for many many years, it is very old and needed replacing. Due to this I haven't sewed for ages so this machine seemed perfect for my needs. It was easy to get started except the foot fell out and i couldn't find anywhere in the book telling me how to put it back on, although I did manage in the end. I had lots of mending to do so thought I would tackle that first, all was fine until sewing the seam of a pair of jeans when the needle then broke. Guessing I should have used a stronger needle! The machine is pretty quiet and runs smoothly. All in all I am happy with this machine and I am hoping with time and a little patience we may be great friends :)

Bought this machine for my daughters birthday in February. She is delighted with it. Looked at other small lightweight machines but reviews were not good and everyone seemed to rate this one highly. She found it easy to set up and she started off by taking up kitchen curtains and now she is doing all sorts of jobs including making a fancy dress outfit for her little boy. Very good buy +++++++

Excellent service ordered Saturday delivered on Tuesday, and free delivery. Machine great value for money, can't believe how many features it has, I wouldn't say I'm an experienced sewer mainly curtain, cushion and repairs and more recently quilting, yet I found the manual very easy and straight forward to follow. This machine has really made my singer 1012 model look like an antique, just hope it's going to be as reliable as my old machine never had a problem in the 24yrs, that was another reason why I went for another singer machine. Not sure why other people are saying machine is noisy in previous reviews mine purrs in comparison to my old machine. Possibly if there was a negative I would have to agree with what other reviews and that the cover is very flimsy in comparison to the sturdiness of the machine itself. All in all I am well pleased, perhaps I might even become a bit more adventurous with my sewing now I have all these new stitches and features at the push of a button. Perhaps I'll have a go at making a cover for the machine.

I'm very entusiastic with my overlocker! It is a very capable machine, easy to use, even it was difficult for me to understand the instructions at first because my english is no good but the images and a video I found in internet helped me a lot. I strongly reccomended it for people who love sewing!

This is a super machine. I found it simple to set up and use. I haven't done any large projects yet but I altered a few shirts and it was a breeze. My last machine was a lightweight model that I have had since 1983. This one is lighter but has so much choice of stitches and handy features I regret I didn't change my old one sooner.

I purchased this machine with the intention of using it for the embroidery, as I already have a sewing machine. Only received this on Tuesday but very happy with machine so far. Able to look through tutorial which is easy and takes you through the various functions and I am really pleased with the embroidery results. Did have a problem but this was soon resolved by using the helpline, where I was able to speak to someone direct and not have to go through an electronic switchboard. Starting out on embroidery? Then this machine is for you.

Great value for money: Copes with fine to thick multi layered work, solid construction hence Heavy Duty (domestic NOT industrial). Have bought various attachments (beyond those supplied with the machine) which produce excellent results - check out 'youtube' for ideas. Very pleased with my purchase.

First of all thank you for the speedy delivery, even though we have had heavy snow all night. This machine is amazing, Singer 3321. Was going to go to bed as I am night shift today, but stayed up to have a go with the machine. Already I have fixed a few dresses that need special care, job well done. I have had my old machine since I was 16 and this is a worthy replacement. The only problem I have is with the automatic threader so hopefully it is something I can master, any hints you can give me will be great. Thank you once again. (STAFF COMMENT ***RE: Automatic needle threader, ensure your needle is in the highest needle position when using the needle threader.***)
