This is a super machine. I found it simple to set up and use. I haven't done any large projects yet but I altered a few shirts and it was a breeze. My last machine was a lightweight model that I have had since 1983. This one is lighter but has so much choice of stitches and handy features I regret I didn't change my old one sooner.

I purchased this machine with the intention of using it for the embroidery, as I already have a sewing machine. Only received this on Tuesday but very happy with machine so far. Able to look through tutorial which is easy and takes you through the various functions and I am really pleased with the embroidery results. Did have a problem but this was soon resolved by using the helpline, where I was able to speak to someone direct and not have to go through an electronic switchboard. Starting out on embroidery? Then this machine is for you.

Great value for money: Copes with fine to thick multi layered work, solid construction hence Heavy Duty (domestic NOT industrial). Have bought various attachments (beyond those supplied with the machine) which produce excellent results - check out 'youtube' for ideas. Very pleased with my purchase.

First of all thank you for the speedy delivery, even though we have had heavy snow all night. This machine is amazing, Singer 3321. Was going to go to bed as I am night shift today, but stayed up to have a go with the machine. Already I have fixed a few dresses that need special care, job well done. I have had my old machine since I was 16 and this is a worthy replacement. The only problem I have is with the automatic threader so hopefully it is something I can master, any hints you can give me will be great. Thank you once again. (STAFF COMMENT ***RE: Automatic needle threader, ensure your needle is in the highest needle position when using the needle threader.***)

Love this machine. I suffer from arthritis so the drop in bobbin and self threading is marvellous. All of these make my life so much easier. I would highly recommend this machine to others.

I'm enjoying the machine so far, have only had it a few days but I've sussed out all the things it can do and had a good play around. Made a cushion cover one side of which is chunky wool and it handled that like a dream. Put buttons on the back to fasten too which I have never done before and it was so easy as the instructions are easy to follow. Can't wait to do lots more stuff. I have not tried any quilting on it yet. The price was a bargain and the service excellent especially as we live in the Highlands usually have to put up with extortionate surcharges for delivery, so well done to the guys at SingerMachines.co.uk who realize that they should value custom from all over. I'm a very happy Bunny!

Used these to teach with in school. I likes them so much I bought one for myself. Easy to set up and use. Great variety of decorative stitching. Love the needle threader. Kids found them easy to use and thread even with no experience of using a sewing machine before. I am disappointed with the machine's cover which is flimsy and has nowhere to put the lead and foot when transporting around.

Fantastic machine, I've mostly used it for freehand embroidery and it's been wonderful. As a textiles student I needed a machine which could do many things, and this one is perfect for my use. The computerized stitches make it a breeze to use. Communication from Singer was brilliant throughout and when I had a problem it was sorted right away. Great machine for beginners as well as more experienced machinists. Happy sewing!

This is an excellent machine. Modern sleek styling with real quality. Easy to use, good clear instruction book. really good value for money, large size of embroidery hoop very useful. Threads easy to load. Ordered one day delivered next, packaging brilliant. We all want a good deal with a good product and service. The machine has turned out to be far better than I expected. Great product, great service, would certainly buy from again.

This is my 5th sewing machine since I started sewing/dressmaking at 11 yrs old! I have a Janome which is still very functional but was getting very frustrated with needle threading, so much so that getting it out to sew seemed a chore. On researching various machines and visiting a local Brother stockist, I decided on this beautifully built machine, with needle threader and at a great price. To be honest the free gifts I could do without as my own accessories are excellent quality but they will go to my daughters who at 28 and 31 are just getting their own machines though have borrowed mine for a few years. There will be no lending of my new machine, its my treasured possession and I've already made designer cushions and patchwork materials bought and ready to go! I would recommend the machine for ease of use and your service but alas Parcelforce didn't find me on day one but easily sorted with help from supplier and myself.

Fantastic machine. I was very sceptical at having to replace my 20 year old singer but could not have made a better choice. Easy to use and instruction booklet very easy to understand so I have learnt some new stitches too that have come in very handy for all of the stretchy materials! Would highly recommend to all and worth paying the extra few £'s for the quality. Hopefully I wont have to buy another one in this lifetime!!!

Brilliant! This is my fourth sewing machine in my life and absolutely the best one. I love it, everything is so easy to understand and it does exactly what it says it will. I sew most days and already it is my best friend. Thank you for such speedy delivery and excellent service.
