Found these reviews very useful when deciding whether to purchase the ESP2. Very happy with the press. Fast delivery. The reason I have given this press a 4 star rating is because I feel that Singer should have included a demonstration DVD. I would have found this very helpful.

Excellent delivery service. Ordered it and it arrived next day in all the bad pre-Xmas weather too. Soon got used to using it, an amazing time-saver. The shaped end makes it easy to do shirts. Taking it back to NZ as part of my luggage!

Postage very prompt. Couldn't fault the speed of delivery. However, I found when using the burst of the steam it was very intermittent and it spluttered. On contacting your after sales service I found them most helpful- especially 'Ian' . 10/10 for him.

My new ESP2 seems to perform well so far. A little tricky to juggle large items into it until you realise you can steam a folded item just as well as a single layer. More impressive was the service from Singer Machines - ordered one evening, here just over 48 hours later and a follow-up. Well done! Keep up the good service as so much on-line ordering lacks it. I've ordered from other Singer suppliers before and my buying experience with you was by far the best. Thank you.

Bought an ESP2 arrived as promised set it up whizzed through everything that had built up due to another ironing press that stopped working after 6 months. There is no comparison between the two the Singer is wonderful, only problem was locking the handle again, it had jammed........ not the firms fault .........but they were wonderful in sorting out another machine which was switched over with the faulty one, the day after I phoned to say what was wrong, never had such good service from a company so many thanks to you all. If you are thinking or comparing machines this is by far the best and so solid.

The press is wonderful for sheets, T shirts etc although we find it a bit tricky with very large duvet covers. Also, does anyone have any tips for ironing pillow cases as they tend to look a bit crumpled after pressing.

Ordered Wed evening delivered today. Brilliant, I have already pressed my bedlinen in a professional way amongst other items of laundry. Thank you Singer, this is my second press, the first bought 20 years ago (without steam of course)at the Ideal Homes Exhibition, Earls Court. Highly recommended at an excellent price, first class service.
