The old threader was very difficult to remove, I used a pair of pointed pliers held loosely above the threader and gently tapped the pliers. Eventually it came free leaving plastic in the threads of the retaining bolt. I cleaned this off ready to fit the new item. This wouldn't fit onto the bolt, you almost feel it should be screwed on, but it's not possible to rotate it as it fouls other parts. I drilled out the centre of the new threader carefully with a 3 mm drill. It was then a good fit and held well once the retaining nut was fitted. This requires a 5.5 mm spanner.
The machine then functioned well. -

We use DPD, UPS, UK Mail and Parcel Force with pick-ups twice a day. UK next working day delivery for large items which are usually shipped the same day where possible if ordered before 1pm.
- We can deliver on Saturday or Sundays as well as any week day.
