We recommend using this gear set #103361 and #163997 for smoother running and less noise its best to replace both gears at the same time. The new gears may differ from the above image. This set replaces gear part number #382879000 which drives the hook.

We use DPD, UPS, UK Mail and Parcel Force with pick-ups twice a day. UK next working day delivery for large items which are usually shipped the same day where possible if ordered before 3pm.
