This sewing feet is used on low shank Singer sewing machines to sew buttonholes, it is used on machines where the operation to sew a buttonhole is in a 4-step sequence, usually 1,2,3,4 or a,b,c,d on the stitch dial.
The original foot may have been a snap on type, however, this is the screw-on version of that exact same foot.

We use DPD, UPS, and Parcel Force with pick-ups twice a day. UK next working day delivery for large items which are usually shipped the same day where possible if ordered before 3pm.
