A good machine, lots of nice stitches, you have to have a good play with this machine to master them all. really easy to thread and get started. The needle threader is easy. Lots of control on the foot peddle and it has been sewing through 6 layers of fabric all week with no problems. The one negative i have is it lets out a funny noise every now and again which doesnt effect it sewing and doesn't seem to happen for any reason but is a little off putting. VERY FAST DELIVERY.

I've only had my machine a few days and only had time for a little "play" but I'm just loving the ease of use and the smoothness of its running. My gut feeling so far is that I've got everything I hoped for and quite probably a bit more in this machine. Very happy

Very happy with machine, it is easy to use. Does everything well, it's great only having to press a button to change the stitch and it's a dream when you need a buttonhole pick the button and it will make the hole to fit.

Well I got the thread, got the stabiliser and loaded the embroidery software on my laptop. What an absolute doddle! Choose which hoop first and then choose a design or a font type from the list. Make it bigger or smaller by putting your cursor on the bottom right and then top left of the box and drag it to different size (if you don't want the original) press the enter key and within seconds the design is in full colour view with sections at the bottom of the screen. Click on either section 1 or move sections with the the arrows on the screen and then click on send block. Press the start button and that's it. It sews that block until it's finished. Can't believe how easy it is. You can click on design colours and it will tell you exactly what colour thread you need for the actual same design shown but you can use whatever colours you want. Loads of designs for each size hoop, plenty to keep you going for ages and the lettering is fabulous. Just thought I'd let you know I'm writing this review as the machine is sewing away. Yesterday I made the tea whilst it was going. It just beeps when finished each block. Takes a couple of minutes to remove hoop and change colour thread but honestly believe me if I can do this then anyone can. First time took me a while to set up as I didn't know what I was doing really but after doing a couple of times you just get quicker at it and it's no hassle at all. Happy sewing everyone x

First class machine. So easy to use, great results and the automatic needle threader is a brilliant addition. Saves the one-eyed aiming of the thread I'm used to. Lightweight enough to move and store easily yet robust enough to handle the heaviest materials. Whizzed through my pile of 'waiting to be sewn' items - now I'm looking for more I can do to play with the machine. Would highly recommend it. I've also bought the blind-hemming foot to use with this machine but haven't used it yet .. just looking for something to try it out on!

I bought this machine for my 14 year old granddaughter who is very interested in 'making things with material'. I was impressed with the overall style and ease of using the machine - the only query I had was the spool holder which seems quite fragile and is situated so close to the handle that I wondered if it might get broken easily. However, she is delighted with her machine and I look forward to seeing her getting a great deal of pleasure out of it. Thank you also for the quick delivery.

Actually not sewed for several years and have spent weeks looking at different sewing machines on-line and by visiting stores. I knew what I wanted from a machine which was to do various sewing from garment making to quilting and embroidering. I also wanted one that connected to my laptop so I could download designs for embroidery from the internet or from pictures. Finding a machine which did all of this I thought was an impossibility especially with the budget I had set. I had come to the conclusion that I would have to buy two machines and spend a lot more than I could afford. Hey Presto then it appeared..! On Singer Machines Ltd the CE150. I read and read the description and ordered it. Arrived within a few days set it up and off I went. Beep, Beep and number 19 flashing at me. Looked up in the manual and Ok I hadn't threaded it correctly. Tried again and I must say the automatic threader just amazes me. Tried various stitches using whichever footer it says and it's a whiz. Dying to try the embroidery but need to get stabilisers yet so haven't yet tried this. Even so, this machine is so easy to use I love it. Afraid house isn't as tidy as usual as keep finding things to alter, repair and make and can't keep off it. Definitely trying the embroidery this weekend and I should think it will be just as easy as everything else on the machine. Already got my Christmas list of what other software, etc I want for it. Obviously already has a good amount but now I've started sewing I want to get everything I can out of the machine and also add to it, which is another added bonus.
