Needle threader broke on my new machine on first use so bought replacements. I think I was a bit heavy handed. Very easy to replace on machine, took literally seconds to do after watching YouTube on how to do it. I'll order a couple more just in case.

I broke the needle threader when learning how to use my machine. Easy to find the part I needed on this site. The new part (didn't need whole thing), came really quickly. I just lined it up and pushed it up in place very easy to fit. That's the beauty of Singer... parts easy to get, reasonably priced and not complicated to fit. GREAT

Great quiet machine delivered on time. Needle threader was at fault and ordered new one from Singer which arrived and was fitted by my husband and NOW it is perfection. Two new feet ordered and received, so ready now to get sewing as an expert!

Replacement bought as I had a feeling the original was loosing its accuracy. Having fitted the replacement I now know how worn the original was, needles thread like a dream again.

We use Royal Mail post for all small/med packages which are sent out same day where possible if ordered before 1 pm.

Free UK main area next working day insured delivery.
We use DPD, UPS, UK Mail and Parcel Force with pick-ups twice a day. UK next working day delivery for large items which are usually shipped the same day where possible if ordered before 3pm.
- We can deliver on Saturday or Sundays as well as any week day.
- And with a 15 minute delivery time slot.
