I have a 60 year old Singer sewing machine that used to be my mothers and I'm now using to make scrubs at home. I hadn't had a light in it for about 20 years and really wanted one for my new hobby. I didn't think I would find one but there it was and at great price. Lovely to see what I'm doing now. Thank you so much.

Just a comment - not a question. Thank you so much for supplying the part for my sewing machine (now 40 years old). In a world where most things are designed to be obsolete and irreparable after a very few years, it is brilliant to be able to buy the part that is needed for my old singer sewing machine. I'm very pleased with my new Singer Promise 1408. It is easy to use and very stable on a table. Your company gave very prompt, helpful service. I had my previous Singer electric machine for 55 years. This replacement is ideal and not too complicated.

Capacitor for foot control ordered and delivered within 48 hours. Well done Singer and Royal Mail. I had been warned by other reviews that the leads would need lengthening and although soldering is not one of my strong points, I did it, it worked, and the machine was brought back into use.
