I have an old Singer sewing machine - probably dating from 1960s - and needed a plastic spool pin. I was pleasantly surprised to find it was still available and I could easily locate it on the website although I didn’t know what it was called. Not expensive but absolutely indispensable! The press has arrived today thank you. The person who dealt with my order was helpful and friendly and from ordering it yesterday to receiving it has been less than 24 hours which I think is the most incredible service! I have only just started to use the two items I purchased, and upon opening properly found that the guide piece is missing. I have used the foot now, and it is fine, just what I needed, though I'm sure the guide would be useful - which is why I ordered this one in particular. As I didn't pick up that it was missing until just a day or two ago, I didn't feel I could complain - I should have done that sooner I suppose.
