Recently unearthed and cleaned up a very old hand-crank sewing machine of unknown make, possibly German. Managed to get into working order but required a new bobbin winder rubber. Singer CSP1 steam press very good to use cuts ironing time by a lot. Saves a lot of backache. extremely fast and efficient service. Couldn’t be better

I needed a roller foot for a very old singer model .A Singer 533 .When I contacted spares and parts he suggested I submitted a ticket with the question to the support team. David McCreadie responded very promptly and was really helpful directing me to the part needed. My husband was really pleased as it was required to stitch vinyl and leather for a kit car upholstery .I would definitely recommend Singer service..

Just a comment - not a question. Thank you so much for supplying the part for my sewing machine (now 40 years old). In a world where most things are designed to be obsolete and irreparable after a very few years, it is brilliant to be able to buy the part that is needed for my old singer sewing machine. The back up showing how to set up the machine after repair is excellent too, and much appreciated. Many thanks
