I phoned Singer and spoke to a very helpful lady who guided me through Singer website to get help from your engineer. Through them I was able to order a new foot pedal for my 50 year old Singer sewing machine. It arrived very quickly and now I am able to use my machine again. Excellent service from all at Singer. Incidentally I also have a 100 year old electric machine that still works! Many thanks Singer for your help.

Really pleased with my machine, especially the selection of stitches and drop in bobbin. The delivery was very speedy. Have to go now, busy sewing !!

Very good service and delivery. Really pleased with the model as took me a while to decide which model to choose to replace my previous machine which lasted for 44 years! I haven't used all of the features yet however the self threading is a great help. Instructions are easy to follow. Would definitely recommend this model.

Went to a local sewing shop, was told the machine was non repairable, so contacted singer who told me which pieces to order, they arrived within 3 days, machine is running like new, what a great service

Thank you for dispatching my order so quickly, I was particularly impressed with your helpful Customer Services (Wendy) who informed me you were out of stock of my original choice of machine that I ordered on-line. I was given the choice of waiting two to three weeks for a new consignment or accept the same model for immediate dispatch as a re-boxed machine, which I decided to do. I am delighted with my new machine. The quality, features, looks, packaging, instruction book, ease of use stitch options and time saving qualities are all excellent (Overall star rating 5). I have upgraded from a very ancient family heirloom Singer treadle machine (which still works perfectly). It is wonderful to discover all the modern features available and is very easy to use once I got used to threading my new machine. I particularly love the automatic needle threader which saves struggling! Many thanks for your help.

Special Order: Replacement Automatic Needle Threader. The service and advice I received was excellent. The part took longer to arrive at Singers and as long to reach me having left Singers due to CORNA VIRUS issues. Replacing this part was not a simple task as, unfortunately, no instructions were available. My husband and I are technically capable and even so took us several hours to complete the task. I am pleased to say I am delighted with the final result. I would not recommend anybody attempting this replacement unless technically able and patient. You must study everything very carefully before starting. A set of instructions and diagrams were really needed.
