Having lost a part on my sewing machine and could not find it on the extensive list of parts I contacted the company first by telephone where a gentleman was extremely helpful and guided me to the online enquiry email. From this I could attach a photograph where the missing part should be with a brief description and the response I received was quick and so helpful enabling me to purchase the missing part at a very reasonable price. I would just like to say a big thank you to the team and their excellent service.

Thank you very much for your excellent and prompt service. Am delighted that our 30 year old Singer is now happily working again with a new foot pedal and as it arrived so quickly I was able to finish the curtains for spare room before guests arrived!

I recently bought some bobbins for my new heavy duty sewing machine (with which I am totally delighted!) and both the product and the delivery were excellent. However, if I do have a criticism it is that I did not find it easy to locate the bobbins on the website.

I bought the plastic bobbin cover after my son lost my original one and it was absolutely perfect. Fits perfectly and was delivered very quickly. I was kept informed during each step and would definitely recommend

Needle Threader for 7400 series. Exactly the right replacement part, I have not fitted it yet as I managed to realign my existing one. So I now have a spare. I need to use the threader as I find manual needle threading awkward. A little pricey though.

Just a comment - not a question. Thank you so much for supplying the part for my sewing machine (now 40 years old). In a world where most things are designed to be obsolete and irreparable after a very few years, it is brilliant to be able to buy the part that is needed for my old singer sewing machine. The back up showing how to set up the machine after repair is excellent too, and much appreciated. Many thanks
