I have an old Singer sewing machine - probably dating from 1960s - and needed a plastic spool pin. I was pleasantly surprised to find it was still available and I could easily locate it on the website although I didn’t know what it was called. Not expensive but absolutely indispensable! The person who dealt with my order was helpful and friendly and from ordering it yesterday to receiving it has been less than 24 hours which I think is the most incredible service!
