I recently bought some bobbins for my new heavy duty sewing machine (with which I am totally delighted!) and both the product and the delivery were excellent. However, if I do have a criticism it is that I did not find it easy to locate the bobbins on the website.

With reference to the above order, what FANTASTIC service. Ordered on Friday, delivered on Saturday and fitted to my Mum's 80+ year old Number 99 machine on Sunday morning, replacing the 62 year old BRK Motor fitted by my late Father. It may not last another 62 years, but Mum who is 89 probably won't mind !! You have made an old lady very happy, thank you.

I am absolutely delighted to be able to receive an instruction book for my old machine. It was purchased second hand 41 years ago and only now am I able to acquire an instruction book. Singer was and is such a marvelous name and their machines just never wear out especially when replacement parts can be obtained. Some time ago I bought new foot controls which has just made my machine new again.

I have only just started to use the two items I purchased, and upon opening properly found that the guide piece is missing. I have used the foot now, and it is fine, just what I needed, though I'm sure the guide would be useful - which is why I ordered this one in particular. As I didn't pick up that it was missing until just a day or two ago, I didn't feel I could complain - I should have done that sooner I suppose.

I was surprised to find steel bobbins we’re still available for my very old machine. Order process very simple and prompt delivery I know where to look in the next time.

I am 74 and just purchased my first ever sewing machine so I needed something that is easy and straight forward. I found the instructions very easy to follow, there is a wealth of youtube videos to view about this model and support from Singer is excellent. I found a few problems along the way but they were due to my inexperience rather than faults with the machine. All round great experience with the Simple 3223
