I have only just started to use the two items I purchased, and upon opening properly found that the guide piece is missing. I have used the foot now, and it is fine, just what I needed, though I'm sure the guide would be useful - which is why I ordered this one in particular. As I didn't pick up that it was missing until just a day or two ago, I didn't feel I could complain - I should have done that sooner I suppose.

Thanks for a brilliant repair service. My 40 year old Singer is now working perfectly for a fraction of the cost of a new one. Recently unearthed and cleaned up a very old hand-crank sewing machine of unknown make, possibly German. Managed to get into working order but required a new bobbin winder rubber. Located the correct size on your website and received within days. A small order but no trouble to yourselves. Thank you.

Very good range of machines with very competitive prices. I needed a heavy-duty machine for horsey projects, as my 15 year old Singer died after much abuse. I selected the 5523 model which was described as going through any material and it does. Many thanks for a great machine and very fast delivery.
