You asked for comments regarding your service. The attention you have given me this afternoon has been excellent and in terms of "SINGER" you are in the grand opera class. The lady who own the machine is 89 years old and has just moved back to UK from Portugal and she will be over the moon with this result, although a "cartwheel" may be out of the question. Nice machine holdall for either storing the machine or for packing up and taking out, the bag is well made & is quiet tough, very colourful to, great idea great bag. I would recommend.

Having lost a part on my sewing machine and could not find it on the extensive list of parts I contacted the company first by telephone where a gentleman was extremely helpful and guided me to the online enquiry email. From this I could attach a photograph where the missing part should be with a brief description and the response I received was quick and so helpful enabling me to purchase the missing part at a very reasonable price. I would just like to say a big thank you to the team and their excellent service.
