The press has arrived today thank you. The person who dealt with my order was helpful and friendly and from ordering it yesterday to receiving it has been less than 24 hours which I think is the most incredible service! I needed a roller foot for a very old singer model .A Singer 533 .When I contacted spares and parts he suggested I submitted a ticket with the question to the support team. David McCreadie responded very promptly and was really helpful directing me to the part needed. My husband was really pleased as it was required to stitch vinyl and leather for a kit car upholstery .I would definitely recommend Singer service..

Having lost a part on my sewing machine and could not find it on the extensive list of parts I contacted the company first by telephone where a gentleman was extremely helpful and guided me to the online enquiry email. From this I could attach a photograph where the missing part should be with a brief description and the response I received was quick and so helpful enabling me to purchase the missing part at a very reasonable price. I would just like to say a big thank you to the team and their excellent service.
