I really am enjoying this machine.

I thought I had a dud because I could not get the needle to work- but actually I was the dud because I did not realise that I had not pushed the bobbin winder back.

The company service was fab

Fantastic machine. Loads of features and plenty of accessories. Very simple to operate and it comes with an easy to follow handbook. Also this company is one of the easiest companies to deal with that I have come across. Not only do you get very prompt delivery but they also keep you informed of your order status. Superb!

Thank you for a very nice machine. Fairly prompt delivery despite being out of stock even though it was a promotion! Not used it much yet but love it so far. Tip, it's twin needle but the twin needle does not come with it which was a bit annoying.
