I bought this machine in 2003, it does everything you would ever need to make clothes, soft furnishings and curtains. Nothing complicated, extremely easy to use. I have managed to sew with fabrics such as velvet and silk without the usual problems of lots of slipping.

Star rating 5, machine very much better than my old one, handles fine fabrics well. Delivery service was excellent.

The quality of the machine is fab, it has many features that I have never used before and I found them easy to learn as the instruction manual was very explicit. Loads of time saving facilities which have come in very useful when needing to make something to a time limit. I have been encouraged to try things that I have never thought I would.

There are 15 different stitches available on this model, and it is only a question of turning the dial to the one you want. With the automatic tension, there is no problem switching between stitches. The self-threading needle is amazing!
