Personally we have used this fabric glue and can recommend its adhesive qualitys, when dry its clear and will flex with material movement. It is an essential part of any sewing box. It is super-strong, it withstands dry cleaning and washing, and the water-tight bond does not degrade with age. It will boldly go where a sewing machine cannot! Bonded seams can even be undone or altered with the help of an iron. Full instructions are included in the box. This Gutermann glue is absolutely brilliant for making toys, repairs and it also has a fine nozzle for easy application. Also perfect for: home furnishings, wool, leather, PVC, wood, rubber, tents, tarpaulins, dinghies, and many other synthetic materials...in fact this textile glue is designed for use on fabric, however it has so many different uses!

Overall rating A really useful product I use to secure material that the sewing machine is unable to access or to hold material in place prior to stitching where precise positioning is crucial. Unlike most adhesives this does not soak through the fabric and cause stains and marking. A good addition to any sewing basket.
