A jam-proof, magnetic, top-loading, full rotary hook system eliminates the need for a removable bobbin case. The hook cover plate opens at the touch of a button, and the extra needle penetration power of the Janome sewing machine DC3050 lets you sew across fabric of any thickness. The extension table also detaches for free-arm sewing.

This Janome DC3050 sewing machine also feature a seven piece feed dog, a drop feed facility, automatic needle threader, and finger tip slide speed control.
