Hello, I would just like to comment on your excellent service. Ordering was

Hello Colin,
I have just completed a huge pile of ironing, and felt that I must contact you to let you know that I m so pleased with the press. I wish I had taken my husbands advice and got one years ago (I used to hate ironing). I wouldn't say I would do it now as a hobby but it.s certainly not the chore it used to be, my family can now expect a civil answer when they speak to me while I.m ironing and I do not finish exhausted! thank you for the hassle free service and speedy delivery of the steam press i ordered on-line from your web page.
originally i was going to order from a tv shop (qvc) but upon comparing specifications of their similar priced press i was impressed with the swivelling press bed on the singer model.

UPDATE! Colin,
Thanks so much for your replies and offers of help. Finally Singer was able
to come up with a distributor here in the states (Michigan) that had the
part. I was able to order it from them. I do thank you for your time and
replies. I wish other sites would take the time to offer assistance as you
had. You can be sure that I will keep your site in our "Favorites" log for
any future needs we might have.

So far the service has been both prompt and satisfactory. I did try to
find the info I wanted online but it all seemed to be geared around Singers
and couldn't find any reference to my machine on your site, this was ok as
your welcome had mentioned that anything that couldn't be found could be
emailed directly to you.

Very happy with service. E-mailed Colin about the problem first. He put me
on to correct part, ordering of part was easy, the part turned up within a few days of ordering and fitted perfectly.

a star. He added on an afterthought of mine a day after I had placed the
original order. And now we have yet another problem with my aged machine,

Dear Colin,
Just confirming that I have received your invoice. You have no idea how happy you have made my Mum, she lives for her sewing machine and even though it is 21 years old it is in perfect order - that was till the foot pedal died. Having tried various shops I decided to try the internet and there it was - a reconditioned one and she is ecstatic - oh if only all woman were so easy to please eh !

I must say how impressed I am at the availability of parts for my Singer
Magic Press. I have had this press for 12 years and it is still a current
model in your range. It is such a pleasure to see models remain on sale for
so long and just goes to show how 'right' you got it in the first place.
Most organisations seem to change their models almost every year and become
obsolete and unfixable just as quickly.
